Q. Can I use an iPhone 13 series model in an iPhone 14 series case, which has the same number of inches?

A. Since the camera positions are different, we do not recommend using different models.


Q. Is it compatible with MagSafe?

A. The diary case and Noblesse diary case are compatible with MagSafe. When using a MagSafe charger, slight marks may remain on the leather. If this bothers you, we recommend using the wired charging cable that normally comes with the iPhone.

* The back cover case is not compatible with MagSafe.


Q. I want to use a wireless charger

A. The diary case and back cover case are compatible with wireless chargers. Please note that depending on the charger you are using, it may not work as we have not tested it with all wireless chargers.


Q. The area around the camera hole is peeling off

A. The adhesive area for the camera hole is small, so it is not attached in advance. The leather will become accustomed to the leather, so it will soften and fit better as you use it.
Please note that if you fix it with adhesive, etc., we will not be able to accept repairs after that.


Q. Can I use a transportation IC (card/mobile)?

A. You can use transportation IC (card/mobile) while using the BONAVENTURA case. If you store a credit card or a card with IC function in the case, it will interfere with the mobile IC, so please use an anti-electromagnetic interference sheet.
