You can earn points by shopping at our official online store or in-store, or by registering as a member.

How to earn points

After registering as a member, you will be given points when you shop while logged in.

Number of points

1 point will be awarded for every 1,000 yen spent, and 5 points will be awarded to those who register as members. (Those who registered as members before the program started will already have 5 points awarded.)

When will points be awarded?

Items purchased at the official online shop will be awarded when the item has been shipped. Items purchased at the direct store will be awarded after payment has been completed.

If I have multiple accounts, can I combine my points/purchase history?

Yes, you can.
※Only accounts under your own name are eligible. Accounts under family members or other names cannot be combined.
※It may take up to one month for the points to be reflected in the combined account.

Can I use points to make payments?

Points cannot be used to make payments.

When will my stage rank-up be reflected? ?

The points will be reflected immediately when they are awarded.

Can my membership level be lowered?

You can check this on My Page. If your points expire and you fall below the number of points required for your default rank, your rank will be lowered.

Do I have to pay an annual fee if I register for the BONAVENTURA MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?

There is no annual fee. This service is available once you register as a member.

Notes

・You will be notified by email regarding special offers such as surprise gifts and event invitations.
Please make sure that the email address of your registered account is correct.

・You will be notified of the benefits as an [important notice] regardless of whether you have subscribed to the newsletter

・Purchases at non-official online stores and retailers will not be eligible for points (eligible stores are here)

・If you cancel or return an order, the points you have earned will automatically be deducted

・Free shipping benefits are available at the official website, Ginza store, Omotesando store, and Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City store

・Acquired points cannot be used for shopping

・The points you receive will be calculated based on the total amount of your order after any discounts have been applied

The following first-time points are awarded to each customer according to their shopping history before June 2024

The points will expire on June 30, 2025 at 23:59

・White: 50 points

・Silver: 300 points

・Gold: 500 points

・Platinum: 1000 points
