BONAVENTURA products come with a lifetime warranty.

By registering your warranty, you will be entitled to the following lifetime warranty services:
At our official online store or directly managed stores, if you shop while logged in after registering as a member, warranty registration will be completed automatically.
If you shop at a store other than those listed above or if you are not logged in, please prepare the warranty card that came with the product and register the warranty here .

Diary case hard case replacement

At BONAVENTURA, we offer a lifetime guarantee on the replacement of the hard case part of our smartphone diary cases.
As long as the leather is usable, we will replace the hard case portion as many times as necessary free of charge.

*However, we may not be able to accommodate models that have been manufactured many years ago and are no longer manufactured by our company.

Since the hard case can be replaced at home, we offer a hard case kit that you can order yourself.
