BONAVENTURA products are delivered to customers in an elegant, luxurious red box.
The bag will be delivered wrapped in a white cotton drawstring bag. The drawstring bag and the red box can also be used to store small items.*The following products do not come with a red box or drawstring bag.
Leather care products, Easy canvas tote bags, Pet goods, Fragrances
The item will be delivered wrapped in a BONAVENTURA original gift bag. A paper shopper bag with the logo printed on it is also included for you to use when handing the item over.

When placing your order, please check "Paid gift wrapping" in your shopping cart.
As we are moving towards a paperless society, we will not include an invoice or other documents with your order. Product label stickers will be sent with the prices hidden.
・We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of gift items.
- Instead of wrapping each item individually, your order will be wrapped together.
・Bags (excluding Easy Canvas Tote) will be delivered in a white cotton drawstring bag, placed in a red box, and tied with a ribbon. *A paper bag will be included.
・We offer two sizes of gift bags. Please note that you cannot choose the size as the gift bag will be packed according to the item you purchased.
-If you order multiple items and select gift wrapping, all items purchased will be eligible for gift wrapping.
*Fragrance series items are delivered in special packaging (special shopper, ribbon), so paid wrapping is not available.
*Gift bags are currently out of stock. Please select free gift wrapping for products other than bags.
If you require a shopper bag , please order it separately.
