Warranty Registration
If you would like to receive after-sales service, please read the warranty policy and register your warranty here after purchase .
At our official online store or directly managed stores, if you shop while logged in after registering as a member, warranty registration will be completed automatically.
If you shop at a store other than those listed above or if you are not logged in, please prepare the warranty card that came with the product and register the warranty here .

- Repair of leather edge paint
- Frayed stitching
- Replacement of the hard case (the part where the mobile phone is attached) of the diary case
*Whether replacement or repair is possible and whether the repair will be free of charge or for a fee will be negotiable depending on the condition of the product and how it is used.
* Products purchased at stores other than the official dealer are not covered by the warranty. (Examples: AMAZON outlets, second-hand sales sites, etc.)
Returns and Exchanges
- In principle, we only accept returns and exchanges of products that are defective upon purchase.
- If you purchased online, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product .
- Please arrange to return your product within 30 days of purchase .
*We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been purchased more than 30 days ago or for products whose condition is different from when they were delivered.
