Due to a rapid increase in shipment volume, nationwide delivery delays are occurring.
As a result, because of overlapping factors such as each courier’s delivery status and traffic conditions, there may be times when it takes longer than usual for tracking data to be updated or for actual delivery to occur after we have sent a "shipping confirmation" email.

Even if you have specified a delivery date and time, for the reasons above it may be difficult to deliver at the specified time.

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please place your order allowing extra time for receipt in consideration of possible delivery delays.
