BONAVENTURA iPhone 17 UGC Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
・Only residents of Japan are eligible.
・Must have an Instagram account and follow our official account (@bonaventura_jp).
・Account must be set to public.
・Minors must apply with the consent of a guardian.

2. How to Apply
・During the application period, post the target content from your own Instagram account.
・Include the required hashtags "@bonaventura.official" and "#myBONAVENTURA202510".
・The post must feature BONAVENTURA products.
・There is no limit to the number of entries, but repeated posts with the same content may be invalid.

3. Winners and Prizes
・Winners will be selected by our company after the campaign ends.
・Selection criteria include affinity with the brand’s world, originality, and the expressiveness of photos/videos.
・Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM.
・Prizes will be shipped only within Japan.
・Coupon usage conditions and expiration dates will be provided separately via DM.

4. Use of Posted Content
・Submitted posts (photos, videos, text) may be used free of charge by our company on SNS, websites, advertisements, and in-store promotional materials.
・Applicants guarantee that their posts do not infringe on third-party copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights.

5. Prohibited Actions
・Posting content that violates public order and morals or defames third parties.
・Posts infringing on other companies’ intellectual property rights.
・Participation for commercial or advertising purposes.
