Due to changes in the specifications of the iPhone 12 series, we have changed the specifications of the
hard case to increase the holding power of your smartphone.

As a result, removing the smartphone is a little more difficult than with previous models.

Also, it is relatively easy to remove using a thin, flexible card such as a telephone card or Quo card, so we would appreciate it if you could try this method as well.

① Remove the upper left corner and insert a thin, flexible plastic card like a telephone card or Quo card from the floating part

② Slide the left side along the hard case and iPhone body

*iPhone may fall when removed from the case.
Please try in a stable location.

*The card you use may be damaged, so please try using a card that is safe even if it is damaged.

If there is any problem, such as damage to the hard case during removal, we will replace it, so please submit a request using the Repair Form after registering the warranty.

Also, we use an adhesive sheet that can be glued many times so that it can be replaced if the hard case is damaged.

From the iPhone 12 series, the area around the camera hole is glued with adhesive tape, but since the adhesive tape is thin, it tends to peel off when stress is applied.

If it comes off, please press firmly on the affected area for about 10 seconds and it will be reattached, so please try again.

*Currently, we have improved to an L-shaped adhesive sheet that avoids the area around the camera hole.
