Working hours

■Shift system (actual work 7.5 hours / break 1.5 hours)

Salary

■Annual salary system 3.3 million yen to 6 million yen

*Determined based on ability and experience

■Incentive

Payment twice a year

  • 3.5 million yen (1 year experience)
  • 4 million yen (3 years experience)
  • 4.8 million yen (5 years experience)

*The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (30 hours per month/44,000 yen to 60,000 yen)
