【重要】年末年始の出荷・営業について

Below is information regarding shipping and business operations during the year-end and New Year period.
■ Final shipments within the year
・Delivery of regular items
We will primarily process orders placed by Thursday, December 25, 2025 for shipment within the year.
Orders placed from Friday, December 26 onward will, in principle, be shipped from Monday, January 5, 2026 after the holiday period.
* Due to the expected high volume of orders during the year-end and New Year period, it may take approximately 3–5 business days to ship after we resume operations. Thank you for your understanding.
・Delivery of engraved items
Orders confirmed by Thursday, December 18, 2025 will be shipped within the year.
Orders confirmed after this date will be shipped sequentially from Monday, January 5, 2026 when operations resume.
* Pre-order items will be shipped based on the estimated ship date listed on the product page.
* Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses (such as missing municipality names or addresses entered in romaji) cannot be shipped due to system restrictions.
In such cases, after the address is corrected, shipment may occur after the New Year, so please be aware in advance.
